Post-1951 SKS trigger problem?

Hey guys, I am currently looking to buy an SKS and I found this article from the RCMP (http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/bulletins/bus-ent/20141114-89-eng.htm) that basically says the simplified trigger mechanism of the post-1951 SKS can fail in some way, causing the rifle to go full auto. Has anyone had this problem occur to them? I know the SKS has slam fire problems but this is caused from the trigger mechanism, not the firing pin sticking in the bolt. I would like to own a laminate stock SKS which are mainly post-1951, but if this trigger problem is a big deal I'm completely fine with an earlier model. Any input on this would be great seeing as this bulletin only came out a few months ago and it is the first I have heard of it.

You'll probably find a lot more SKS expertise in the Red Rifles section, but from what I understand that bulletin was prompted by a single failed trigger group in a single SKS (out of the tens of thousands that have probably been sold in Canada). As long as you clean it very thoroughly (including fully disassembling the bolt and making the sure the firing pin and it's channel are clean and oil-free) and it passes a basic function test (cycle the action, pull the trigger <big click> and hold it to the rear, cycle the action hard five more times - letting the bolt carrier slam home each time - then release the trigger <small click> and then pull it again <big click>) it should be perfectly fine. I think the bulletin outlines how to do a safety check as well.
