this threads idea is wrong...( sorry my opinion).......IF WE ALL DO OUR BIT THERE WILL BE NO BAN fight, preach put up posters.............stop fighting only on jan 24th then worry about the victory or defeat..........but we must have the former, not the latter..

I currently have plans and been working on a project for a tactical hinge break shotgun similar to the one pictured here:
Wood stocks will be replaced with black 'tactical' pistol grip rear stock, or an 'M4' style collapsable, along with a 'speed feed' type railed forend.
Possibilty of a free float forend is in the works for when mounting tactical lights along with lasers and vertical fore-grip.
Sights will be ghost ring, or possibly a red dot of some sort mounted to a picatinny rail custom fitted to the breach area.
Tactical over size hammer will be installed, along with tactical oversize hinge button to facilitate quicker reloads.
Finish will be a milspec parkerized, and facilitation of mounting a bayonet may be in the future.
I believe with dedication, and diligent practice reloads will become second nature.
Pictures will be available soon, once project nears the final stages.
Should be uber kool, and fall within all upcoming Lieberal firearms laws.
Stay tuned...

Well, if everything goes against us I guess IPSC Canada could go the way of IPSC in Japan and we use airsoft.....

first things first, BAN the Liberals!
If ( lets hope it does not) the election goes against us. You could keep ipsc canada alive it would be hard but you could do it.
you would have yo find a way to keep you gear over in the u.s. I know of two clubs that have already told me that they are willing to put on ics stages and matches for any canadian that is willing to come over and shoot.
If you live close to a border go over and talk to the people that run the uspsa matches ( most of us on this bord that shoot ipsc and live close to border already shoot over ther ). What is the worst that could happen they say no. remmember they will need you help setting things up.
If we did this we could keep ipsc canada alive you would lose the provincial ipsc boards. This way we could still send teams to the world shoot and still get slots for the world shoot. It is alot of work but if you are a die hard like me it is well worth the work. It will be like a under ground ipsc canada.

A few short and medium stages should "make the point"...How long will it take to fire 9 arrows eh? or 32??
Alternate will be a potatoe toss format. Minor and Major Categories with size of potatoes used!
