Out of curiousity, why are the milsurps UPS only?

Canada Post charges an over sized parcel rate that UPS doesn't. I usually work that fee..$7.50 or $10...can't remember the exact amount at the moment...into the price. I can't eat that fee at the prices I have them on for.
