Powder coating, here I come! SUCCESS!!!!!!

I pour my bullets from the powder coating container into a mesh collander with a tray underneath it. Lift collander a couple of inches and gently agitate bullets. Then pour bullets onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in toaster oven 400 degrees f for 25 minutes, then remove and pour into cold water.

Cure time depends on your powder. Mine calls for 10mins at 400*F

Not saying the OP is wrong but 25 minutes at 400 degrees is MUCH longer than any PC I've used (12-15 minutes is about average).

I'll see how the first batch as I double baked them due to not being happy with the coverage. So 20 mins each as that what online said, but I was drinkimg coffee and the powder was on the table and I seen the cure instructions saying 10mins. Once I figured method that worked, that gave me proper coverage and I could transfer without losing powder. I mainly put them max 15.

I just default to 20 min. at 400 D for every cook I do regardless of what powder i am using or weather i am doing one coat or several coats. It just seems to work as I have never had a failure.
