You could try blowing compressed air back up the dispensing tube, that might dislodge some crap if that in fact the issue.

Tried this. Didn't work.

I screwed up my courage and split the chassis. Had to remove the entire motor assembly and dispensing tube all as one, which was a little fiddly. Then the motor had to come off the mount so the back end of the dispensing tube could be unscrewed.

Weirdly, I didn't find any compacted powder inside the dispensing mechanism. I got everything out, pulled the dispensing tube and seals, then reassembled everything. Afterward, the tube and motor was way easier to rotate. So I plugged the thing back in and voila, it works.

YAY, saved myself over $200 that it woulda have cost to send it down to the USA to get fixed.

Mechanical problems, which this was, are right up my alley. Had it been anything electrical, I'd have been screwed.
