Powder Measure problem

I just installed a powder measure on the Lee Loadmaster, and when I bring the shell plate back up, the lever on the measure stays down. Anyone know how I can correct this?

It is supposed to go back up. I have checked the Lee site and the videos, but I must be missing something.

Any help would be appreciated.

try loosening the knurled nuts a hair-the old measures used to hang up on the discs if the screws were too tight- it should snap back- try taking the measure off and see if the disc moves back and forth freely - also the disk has a key in the bottom that has to engage the bit that sticks up in the measure- if that key isn't in there , it's going to go one time and stick out
