I had this can of 3031 sitting on my desk that I never touched for a coupla months until I noticed that the label had turned brown. I opened it and a cloud of brown stuff wafted out. there also seem to be some clumps in it so I am guessing that the root cause is moisture. Can I dry this stuff out in an oven or am I better off dumping it out on the lawn? Also the was a wris####ch, a hip flask, and a small bottle of bluing compound right beside the can of powder, and the watch and the flask had a layer of green crud on them. Could that be coming from fumes escaping from the bluing or from the powder?

Duno if this is the right place to put this, I just went here because of the powder.

Fertilizer is what to use the powder for.
You also have something wrong in your house. Did you leave any containers open?
Something is causing the corrosion on the other items, as well as the discoloration of the power label.
Best find the source it might be something that could be a bit tough on your self.
