Powder storage box

I like the way the Gooberment thinks things out. Again from the CSSA web site:

So I guess if you have an 8 lb container of powder it can never be in the room with you, therefore it has to stay in the powder box forever. Maybe you could suck up to 2 kg out of the bottle with a vacuum while the original container remains in the powder box, then bring the vacuum bag with you into the reloading room.

How did you get it in there to begin with? :p

You know, I just bought a two shelf wooden locker to store all of my stuff, thinking that it would comply with any stupid law that ever came down the pipe. Now we find out that powder, and primers have to be in separate containers away from each other. This is ridiculous, as there has never been an incident where someones powder has caused death due to explosion. When the house gets so hot to detonate a magazine, even the firefighters have abandoned it. This law demands to be fought tooth and nail.

Here's one I made recently from an extra ammo box...

I don't see any reason why some of the large plastic toolbox's from cdn tire that come on sale once in a while wouldn't qualify as suitable storage. They are entirely plastic, hence non-flammable. They all have provisions for a lock, don't have any rough surfaces on the inside and are easy enough to clean and keep clean. Just slap an explosives sticker on the top and you are good to go.

Even though you can keep primers in their box's in the same toolbox, the toolbox's are cheap enough to get a second one for primers.
