Powder Storage Limit

Good day everyone.

I am new to reloading and wanted to find out if there are any laws when it comes to the quantity of storing gun powder at your home.

I live in a high-rise so i am thinking i can store up to 20kg? as long as they are all in 1 kg containers or less.

"A person may acquire and store up to 20 kilograms gross mass of smokeless powder for use in an attached dwelling if the containers are less than or equal to 1 kilogram gross mass."
