Ppc, Semi Auto Caliber Choice

Im looking at a semi for PPC ( police pistol combat) ! I see plenty of smith
PPC9s. I really lke SIGs and own a couple of 226s/220s already and am trying to decide between 9mm and .40cal.

Any thoughts about caliber choice...Id probly be going for a SIG X5.

Two years ago i tried to order a SIG 5X but the Canidian wholesaler said they had never heard of one. I got a PPC9 instead.It's agreat pistol.It looks like this pistol in 9mm is setting all new records.If I got the SIGx5 I would get it in 9mm.
