PPU 7.62x39 brass neck bent when I drop it on the floor?

I got a bag of these PPU 7.62x39 brass. Last night when I dropped one (just the brass with nothing in it) on the tile floor, after I picked it up I found the neck the bent. Obviously the drop bent the neck (shaped like a D). Is this normal? I have dropped .223rem/556 brass a few times on the same floor I never notice any dent or anything at all.

Besides these PPU ones, is there any other choices for 7.62x39 brass?

Round it out with the tip of another loaded bullet and size on as usual...........in some of the recent Win brass damned little of it was round new.....Harold

Ppu brass is soft at the neck. I find i have to run them through sizer die even straight out of the bag, to make throats round.
No big deal, its just the way it is.
