Here is the thread to invite you all to our last match of the season, Invitation Valcartier, that will be held at Batoche range, CFB Valcartier, near Québec City, on September 5th, 6th and 7th.
This last event will have, as last year, a dinner Saturday night. The restaurant where it will be held will be announced later. Thanks to our sponsor, we will have some prizes for most of the people who attends the events. You should prepare around 30$ for the dinner.
To help us organize the event, the deadline will be on September 2nd. If you are interested to attend, send an email at :

telling your full name, if you want to pay at the table or if you pay by (FRAUD ALERT), your class (TR, FTR, FO), how many persons to the dinner, and if you want to shoot the Friday PM match. If for a reason or another you told us you were coming and cannot make it, please tell us so anytime at the same e-mail address.
Target pullers are included in the price, except for the Friday match. Shooting starts at 8h00. Price for the match is 110$.

Higginson Powder 400y, 2/15
Hirsch Precision 500y, 2/15
Whidden Gunworks 600y, 2/15
Team match if time allow (if not, will be done Sunday) 2/10, 4 shooters per team
Sunday Sept. 7th, 8h00
ATPQ 400y, 2/15
DCRA 600y, 2/15
Final 600y, 2/15 (everyone shoots it)
Qty of ammo, 148 + 2/10 if two have the same score at the end.
Meals available on the base, or at restaurants nearby
You can have rooms on base for the weekend, Friday and Saturday night, for 45$ per night. Private room, double size bed, bathroom, 1 shower per level, so bring a towel ! The deadline for the rooms is August 25th. Payment by (FRAUD ALERT) only for the rooms. You can pick-up your room key at the Building 513, and the rooms are in the Exacta building 532
