Pray for me! Taking Junior to his first match.

My boys are just a bit young for shooting. Still, it would be nice to start exposing them to the sport. I'm taking one of the twins to an IPSC match this weekend. It's close to home, and should be 2-3 hours max.

MrsCanuck223 is a phone call and 10 minutes away if he gets bored, but I'm hoping he has fun watching dad shoot.

Good for you, I am sure he will love it. Let him have control of the camera, probably get some great pics.

My son (now 13) was actually fairly bored watching me shoot, but now loves to go and compete himself. He started competing last year when he was 12...
I know others whose kids started when they were 11, and the kids love it and are very good.

Wish I had those opportunities when I was a kid. First firearm I shot was when I was 12, Air Cadets. I am trying to make up for lost time know though
