OK - I just put my first Winchester on lay-away today, hopefully pay the rest next weekend.

Serial is #2502789 - anyone know the actual year?

I've always wanted one of these. It looks like a nice specimen.

Cool - $350 sounded OK for an NRA "Very Good" exterior, shiney bore with good rifling and no crown damage with a 30 day guarantee. Have tried long and hard to even find one.
