Pre'64 M70 action

I do not have much for parts for those, so would need to hear more detail - with a complete bolt and safety - firing pin, main spring, extractor? With the trigger? With bolt stop mechanism and ejector? With the magazine box, follower, mag spring and bottom metal? With the action screws? What you call an "action" might or might not include the parts that I have listed?
Imagine if one took a complete rifle and removed the stock and barrel. It includes everything mentioned.

Would it be the one I missed on the EE a week or two ago? It had a scope on it with a front base on the top of the receiver and the rear base on the left side? My internet quit and didn't get the message sent to buy it.
No, this isn't the one, although I do remember that one.
I wanted to buy it just for the bases. I also believe it wasn't a 1953 like he said in the ad, it had a pre war safety on it. If you have the complete rifle I'm sure someone would pay a good amount for the whole thing.
