Super friendly and helpful. Gave them a call. They were busy but took the time to call me back and answer my questions. Ended up going with a Zeiss. a good deal.

I'll second and third that. Just made my first purchase from them on a hard to find gem of a rifle. Sent an email to inquire and get a few pics out of the box. Had a quick reply from Omar and then dealt with Jackson. Jackson was super friendly, prompt and helpful. Also gave me a great price! Rifle was nicely packaged as well. Certainly won't be my last purchase from P.O. Thanks Fellas!
 
Great group to deal with. Have had a few conversations with them, they always take the time and it doesn’t feel like their trying to rush you off the phone.
MDT and Gary at Bighorn are the same to deal with.
