Precision rifle competitions in bc?

Will these matches also include improvised shooting positions? i.e. off of barricades etc.? Also any chance of doing it up in Kamloops? I don't live up there but I would be willing to travel for sure and from what I here they run cowboy actions matches out of their range as well as rimfire rifle matches and I heard from a member up there that they are trying to expand their 500m range to 1000m. Also I am very interested in this as well

Yes it will include eveything if I have it my way! Just need to secure some areas we can run it in. Kamloops is a static known distance range so not what we are looking for.

Have you looked into any bases with artillery ranges? That is one possibility I am looking into over here...

The nearest range to BC with an impact area (and a sniper school) is Wainwright.

Does anyone know the dates of the 2015 BC Precision Rifle Championship? The website isn't updated yet, however I need to book the time off soon. Thanks!
