Precision/Sniper Shoots in Winnipeg and area???

I just moved to Winnipeg from Calgary and am curious about the long range scene out here...

a) Where do people shoot?

b) Are there any Precision/Sniper Matches in the area?

c) General information.

St Charles range shoot LR prone matches and they have a big FClass following there. See the MPRA homepage at http://www.manitobarifle.ca/ Their Provincial match is Aug 4,5,6 I think, I'm heading there from SK for this one...

Virden has (had?) a gun club out there, Fort La Bosse Gun Club / Range. They used to hold many good competitions out there at up to 300 yards. Ask John Hipwell of Wolverine Supply what their status is.

The Fort La Bosse Club is still in existence. Participated in a shoot there last weekend. Look in the events forum under MB events.....
