Picked up a Primos Dogg Catcher 2. Buddy had a Dogg Catcher 1. Inexpensive and light hopefully it’ll work well. Need to pick up a couple hand calls and a lanyard to hold them to complement it.

I have one of those. It has worked a few times. Have a foxpro that I take too to get a variety and multiple sounds.

Last year I had one run in so quick to woodpecker in distress I thought it was a car on the horizon. Then after he got nailed his buddy came in just as fast pretty much stepping over his corpse.

Wildlife Technologies. Everything else is a joke.
Never understood the hype of wildlife technologies. If they are so high quality and up to date like they themselves proclaim them how in the world do they not have a remote with a display. I could never get over that. Do you carry a laminated card with what sound is each corresponding number?

Its about the sounds. Wait til you see a timber wolf stick hs head n the speaker.
But that's what I'm saying. It could have the best sounds in the world but there's no point if I can't use the dang thing. When I kill a coyote I want to be able to switch sounds fast. Trying to remember what number each sound is sounds absolutely maddening. I can kill coyotes at my toes with handcalls or my foxpro so why would I pay $500 to use a remote from the 90's

The Wildlife Technologies have great sound and volume but they’re the same as twenty years ago! They all have theyre place and advantages and it’s whatever works for you. As long as the furs hittin the ground!! Mouth calls make things interesting. Especially in cover where you vision and range is limited. Good luck with your new setup KLS

I’ve never heard of wildlife technologies. The haven’t spent $ on advertising nor their website or YouTubers promoting their product. By the sounds of it (pun intended ) they are a premium product a bit rich for my small budget.

Thanks for sharing. If I get into wolf calling it will be a worthy investment as they’re tough to call.

A buddy of mine owns the largest wildlife nuisance business in Canada and travel’s worldwide teaching and learning. He was one of the first too sell WT calls. He teaches fur harvesting courses and is a deadly marksman. A better trapper killer you will not find. An innovater and pioneer in sooh many things, a-driving force in helping reintroduce turkeys in many parts of Canada. Many in the know will recognize the name Darcy Alkerton. His son Cory makes some awesome customDucknGoose calls @ Alkerton Calls

-24 C this am with 20km/h wind out of the NW. I had my hunting lounger, foam seat (for warmth), winter camo, and my Caller. Set up a stand on a knoll. Had a fox come within 15 yards within a few minutes. Forgot my phone in the truck or I’d have a picture. No yodel dogs came in. Drove a few miles away, saw a dawg 400+ yards out running away, made another stand no dawgs, drove north spooked up another. Fed my couple critters and there runs 2 away from my yard.

Skunked but pretty neat to see that fox up close. I’ll never take a “bad” shot and risk spooking them.

A buddy of mine ran a Primos call for a couple years, it had great preset sequences and decent sound, it was hard on batteries though. He now runs a lucky duck revolt, seems good so far, but when we hunt together we generally use my FoxPro Shock Wave, its pretty good, had decent sound quality and volume, and you can program 100s of sounds and 10 different preset sequences. I am still learning it though, seems like every January I have to get the users manual out again!

Good luck with your new call, post up some pics of any fur you get!
