Preferred powder for .223 Rem?

Varget and Benchmark are fairly new kids on the block compared to some of the old .223 reliables like W748, BLC2, H335 and IMR4895.

Lapua 69 gr Scenar bullet
Winchester trimmed case primed with a WSR primer
VV N140 powder; 23.2gr.
COL 2.2325"
no crimp
Fired at the Alexandria PEI range last week from the 300 yd mound.
Group is 5 shots

CFE223, Ramshot TAC and XBR8208 for me. That said, I'm pushing 77gr SMKs through a 1/7 barrel...

Whats a good starting range for 77 smk with 8208? 1 in 7 twist ar-15.
