Just 100 Lapua brass?
LOL Just kidding.
For my F Class loads with the 308 Palma, I will just expand with 21st Century Expander Die, then load and shoot virgin brass. I always seem to find that Lapua in 308 (and 223 match) are very tight necks out of the factory
After that first fire forming:
SS wet cleaning,
Induction Annealing,
0.002 shoulder bump & 0.002 neck tension with Redding Dies,
neck turning (lightly about 0.0015),
3 way trimming (leaving them as long as possible),
Primer Pocket Uniforming (shave about 0.001),
Flash hole deburring (with a 21st Century tool),
Rinse in Alcohol to get all the sizing wax and brass flakes off
Sort by weight and break out into 4 lots of 75 brass.
After all that.. take to a local Priest so they can be blessed and they are ready for competition usage.
