preparations for new stock, 10/22

hi gents...
getting a new plastic stock for my 10/22 with a .920 barrel...
any sugestions on the preparations on this new stock????
bedding, thing rubber patches under the barrel????

any advice will be very helpful

I use a VQ bedding kit in mine and get great accuracy. It comes with the bedding block and 2 foam pressure pads to go underneath the end of barrel. I used a JB Weld to permanently secure the block in place.
