For those of us with bad and/or aging eyes being able to see the sights helps. The Uvex system works well, is ine pensive, and has been around for years. Frames with clear lenses are $12; the Rx insert that holds your lenses is 40; most coloured lenses are around 10.
I recommend this system because it does not appear to be going obsolete. My Smith Optics system, though a little superior optically is now obsolete and would cost $400 for a new set of frames with Rx insert. That's before Rx lenses.
Most industrial safety stores carry the Genesis system or you can get them on line at Ono Safety.
