I did up some new virgin brass prepped complete with trimmed to length, flash holes, and primer pocket as will as running them thru the die to neck size and bump the shoulder back 2 thou . by the way this is in the 338 Edge question for the knowing I am at the max powder charge of 91.5 grains H1000 that defensive edge (Shaw Carlock) is using in his loads. But as of now show no signs of any pressure signs and groups seem to be-looking up[. How much difference is possible? will I see? or should be afraid of? between virgin Bertram Brass from Australia and once they will have been fired for same Gun!! Not sure if pressure signs will change I.E. less pressure second time around do to larger volume and same powder charge? side note brass annealed after every firing. hope I did not miss anything

Pressures between Virgin and once fired shouldn't be any different. But different brands of brass can certainly change things. Did you do load development with bertram brass to get to 91.5?
Pressures can change solely on seating depth also.
Are you jumping your bullets or in the lands?
Brass prep is more for consistency than for avoiding pressure signs.

Yes did load development with bertram brass, i am jumping bullets so that OAL l fits the extended box mag, side note if I single feed to best load as well as lowest ES of 6 FPS powder charge drops to 89.5 and OAL is 85 thou longer. end result both shot to 3/4 moa or better but only one of the loads is usable for mag feeding. dont want to worry able pressure signs once I start working with the once fired brass.
