Your fireplace looks very nice, I do enjoy the fake burning effects that these new gas/electric fireplaces add, the burning iron wool gives that nice red glowing effect, more pictures please!

That gun with that glass should have Alumina flip-ups : http://www.leupold.com/products/accessories_alumina.htm , with a couple of 4" sunshades and maybe a Raincote kit (or one of the intensifiers at the front) to keep muzzle blast from marring your lenses. Wolverine can get them, or they can come direct from any a number of US suppliers.
