Took my 16 year old nephew out today for his first time shooting trap for real. He had shot sporting clays once before and has shot clays from a hand thrower a few times.

He was shooting an 870 Express Supermag with a 26" mod choked barrel.
First round he shot 22!!! Then a pair of 20's.

Ohhh to have the eyes and reflexes of a 16 year old again.

Great on him. I remember my first official round of trap. Was using a Norinco HP9 and I shot 18. Beating a couple of old timer members with their Brownings, and Beretta's!
