Try Tanfoglio mags from Freedom Ventures, $34. I know they fit Baby Eagle perfectly.

The Tanfoglio mags will not fit the CZ PRe B's. A Pre B mag will work in a Tanfoglio but in my Tan they won't hold the slide back on the last round. The CZ "B"s should be OK. I would order mags from Midway in the States - much cheaper than anything you can find up here at in half the price.
