Hey guys, I know this is more of a black rifle thing, but because of it's age and what it is I figure it would be most likely a milsurp. I've been hanging around an old timer who owns an AR-10. I did some digging and got more information on this rifle. It is an actual Eugene Stoner AR 10, with wood frontgrip, stock, pistol grip and composite barrel and four waffle mags. I believe this is one of the earlier models. This old timer was talking to me about selling this beast on CGN. I have dug and dug and cant find any price or value on this exact rifle, can you please help me, benevolent CGNers? Unfortunatly I can not get a picture of it at the moment...

Wood stock would be one of a bunch Ontario Gun sold in the 80's. Value 700ish? due to prohib status.

Here is a vintage promotional film for the Armalite AR-10. This is the rifle that eventually led to the M-16 currently used by U.S. forces. The video features field-stripping, the belt-fed version and even Eugene Stoner running onto a beach firing from the hip.

The last one I saw for sale I think was at Epps, and went for around $1,000.
