Price check for a barrel swap and possibly a reaming

I recently bought an IBI 22-250 barrel in 8 twist. It's a pretty fit for a tikka t3. I was wondering what kind of price I would be looking at to get a smith to swap barrels. Also if I find a smith with a 22-250 ai reamer what would be the approximate added cost? I may just use the 22-250 rem for now and get it reamed near the end of the barrel life but I haven't decided. I thought ai would be a good choice since it will be going in a chassis and will be aics mag fed.

Thanks. I forgot about him. I'm almost thinking of buying a barrel vise and action wrench as there's a couple guns I'm planning on working on.
