What would a reasonable offer be for both buyer and seller for a Type 3 P35 with matching serial numbers on frame, barrel and slide?
All WaA77 marks are present with one WaA 623 on left side of the slide which is a final assembly mark from Steyr or so I'm told.
The pistol is original finish though the blue is thinning mostly on the left side from holster wear.
I see a pretty wide range in prices online. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Mike,

Only good photos will describe this condition.
"The pistol is original finish though the blue is thinning mostly on the left side from holster wear."

Markings on the magazine ???

Opinions regarding values are very difficult to provide without really good photos ----particularly when as you said "you see a pretty wide range of prices online". (Condition is the key in determining what this pistol is worth.)

Serial number N 5075 (This gun is a Grade 2 German Vis in the first alphabet series) This gun was manufactured 1st or 2nd quarter of 1942.

Please share with us what you have been offered, along with some pictures.
If you let it go, then we know what is reasonable.
Mine sounds similar, figure it's worth $650, but more than likely will not part with it.
As for pictures of mine, no idea as to how and post!
Regards,
John
