I'm looking at an H&R clone of the Springfield Trapdoor Carbine in 45/70.
It's in good-vg condition with minor dents in the wood (no scratches). Blueing is vg to excellent. Has been fired, but not much.
The shop that has it wants $799 plus the taxes. It seems high to me but I'm still very interested.
Your thoughts?
