Price check: JM Marlin 1894/octagonal barrel in .44 mag/spl

I have one of these in what I would consider to be in very good condition.

What do these go for these days (range)?

As usual, something has caught my eye on the EE...

This would be an EE transaction - however my pricing has been so off recently.

How long is the barrel?

19.25" from the receiver. It has a little blueing wear at the muzzle and some scuffs on the wood.

My gunsmith looked it over when I bought it (off the EE). He fixed the front mag tube connection to the barrel - it was loose.
