Price check on 22-250 high wall

I was wondering what would be a fair price on a 22-250 in good/good+ condition i currently have been offered one for $800 was wondering if i should buy it?

Actually, I have no real useful info for you other than the first sentence.
Is it a Browning or a Winchester?
Did I add to your quest or detract?
When you get it post some pictures of your new shooting iron .

Is it a rechambered orig? Or Jap.? If it's an original, it's a steal.....If it's a Jap. repro. it's still a very good price...IMHO

its a browning and thinking a jap repo but not sure only seen it once

Its a decent price, you should have no problems reselling if you decide to and still get closer to $1000 if it's in good shape.
