Price check on a .284win

Considering selling my pre 64 .284 win mod 100. Rifle is in excellent condition. Also have two original mags with it and a 2-7x redfield scope.

In all seriousness, the '2004 standard catalog of firearms' lists them as follows:

Excellent - $475
Very Good - $400
Good - $300

Add 15% premium for a pre-64 and a 20% premium for a .284

Seriously though, those are scare guns in that caliber, although the 100 won't bring as much as a 88 would, my suggestion would be in the $500-600 range for the gun & although that is a nice scope they don't add much value on a used gun so I would add another $50-75 bucks for the scope

I just bought an 88 in 284 in very good condition for a hair over $900 and have no regrets about it but wouldn't pay near that for a model 100.

But that's just my opinion.................
