My friend has a Ross 303 full stock original military configeration If I remember 1907 is stamped on receiver and 1911 on stock It is in NRA very good condition in my opinion. He has no internet but has asked me to find out its worth as he may consider selling it. Thanks Mike.

Guessing model 1905 MKII. Gather it still has it's markings on rightside butt as you mention 1907. Without more info or pics hard to suggest value.

Thanks, the owner lives 1hour or so away I'll take pictures next time I'm there. The receiver has 1907 and the stock has 1911 the rifle is very good condition and I'm fussy. I realize pictures will be required for full value estimate. He was interested in a ballpark figure to decide if it was worth parting with, and I had no idea of value.
