price check on a ruger MK II

In good-very good condition, I'm not sure the round count, but it is "low". Any idea?

Ones I have seen go for $300 to $350 usually with a couple of mags. If you find one for less than $300 in good shape, it is usually a good deal - unless there is still a bullet lodged in the bore.

If you got one for less than $450, you got a deal. Any decent ones listed around the $500 price range on the EE forum have sold very quickly.

I'm not familiar with the Ruger MK III but as far as the Ruger M77 MK II STANDARD , they go at $699.95 at Wholesale Sports. Other versions of this model go for more. Older used M77 MKII with the tang safety are even more desirable to a lot of hunters.

i dont think he is asking for the m77 mkII cos that is a rifle but a mkII is a pistol . i think mkIII is a newer version of the mkII . i could be wrong about what he is asking.

You're probably right - I haven't followed the Ruger handgun line for many years and lost track of their model selections.

oh yeah I'm talking hand gun, sorry for the confusion. I can get a new mark III, bull barell at my local gun store for $450 plus tax, a little much.

I've bought 2 off the board here, one for $275 one for $300. Came with 2 mags and in Exc. condition. $350 isn't bad, the gun will last you a lifetime. Don't pay for a trigger job, spend $20 on a VQ drop in Target Sear and you will be happy with the results.

I bought my Ruger Mk II from the EE here just about a year ago. Stainless steel 5 1/2" bull barrel and two mags. for $325.00. Also came with ruger soft case and target grips.

This was my very first handgun.
