Price check on a used AR upper?

Just wondering what a fair price would be for a used A2 upper before posting a WTB in the EE. Not looking for one with a barrel; just the upper with FA, dust cover and sight already in place. I'll source and assemble the rest myself in due time.

I could buy new but taxes (friggen HST!) and shipping add up a little too quickly for a cheapo like me.

Depending on manufacture and roundcount, a fair price is going to be around $150. I wouldn't pay any more than that for a used A2, and that's probably high. Just remember that you can get a brand new assembled A3 for ~$180.

Come on...4's night out is always a blast. Especially that part where they play lots of ABBA.

I would buy a new one. There are people out there removing barrels without the right tools and the receiver seems to be the part most likely to be damaged.
I had a used Colt A2 that I still have nightmares about.
