I'm thinking of putting up my Browning Rifle I got for sale. The Browning is a .222 cal that was made in Finland in 1965. I was told it's an older A-bolt short action Safari model. It also has a Bausch & Lomb Scope 2.5-8x if I'm correct, and a Browning case. It does have some small digs but overall condition is pretty good for a 40+ year old rifle. I'm not sure what the value of the rifle is,but that is why I'm asking if someone can help me out at pricing this gun. Here are the pics:

The rifle is a Browning Safari, however it is not an A-Bolt. It is a SAKO, a far superior and very desirable piece of workmanship.

The scope was at the top of the heap thirty years ago. Excellent scope, but does not compare to the quality of what is available today.

I would say the outfit is worth $700-800 if the bore is bright with sharp rifling and everything works correctly.
