Price check on used 870 Youth?

Got to hold a 870 youth today, it fit the wife nicely and is in pretty good shape, the wood stock has the odd mark in it but the steel is all good. Comes with one choke tube.
The seller wants $300, is that a fair price?

Well, I paid $380 for my 870 and it came with:

28" Vent Rib Barrel
20" Rifled Slug Barrel with Rifle sights
Synthetic Stock and Forearm unmodified
Original Wood Stock and Forearm with the stock cut down to match the first owner
and IC MOD and Full choke tubes.

Bought it last year and never a hiccup yet ^.^
