hello i have the option to buy a valmet 12 gauge / .308. in excellent condition. the 12 gauge chamber is 3 inch, other that this i dont know much about it. he wants 1000 dollars. isit worth it? any help would be great. also, i will be selling this rifle as soon as i buy it. i would like 1300. seems a good price, and i make a little. anyone interested pm me please, as soon as i purchase it, i will get pics. please pm me.

I traded mine for a Schofield. $1k for one in good shape is actually a pretty good deal. The last really nice one I saw at a gun show was $1800. FWIW - dan
