I'm buying 7 guns from someone down the road and I have no idea what this critter is worth. From what I can find on the net it is a Remington Model 12. 22 Short/Long/Long Rifle. Condition I'd expect from a 22 of that era, 6/10 I guess. I brought it home to check it out and I can't keep the wife away from it, I think she is in love.

That one looks heavily varnished or at least has had the wood redone. If it's a shooter and has a good or better bore, without cracks in the stock, no pitting and shoots well, $200 - $300 would be a ballpark. Earlier models, tang sights, original finish, all will add to the dollar amount. If someone here had one as a kid and wants it, it's priceless. I've always been fond of the rifles, but most I've seen had poor bores and prices for decent bores seem always to be a little more than I'm willing to spend.

Here in Eastern Ontario, at the shows, $200ish.

I will make a point of dropping by to introduce myself one of these days.

Are the seller's initials WGMc? If yes, that rifle has a feeding issue.

I have one in the EE right now that feeds great and has a threaded barrel and also shoot quite well.;) I will also be flexable on the price:)
