Price Check Savage 23B in 25-20 & Ruger 96 in 44 mag

I'm buying 7 guns from someone down the road and I have no idea what these two are worth. One is a Savage Sporter 23B in 25-20. Has the mag, I'd say 7/10 in condition. I've never seen one before so I have no idea what it is worth and there doesn't seem to be alot of info on it.

Also there is a Ruger 96 lever action in 44 mag. He said he's only fired a box thru it sighting it in. Excellent shape, sling. Thanks!

The 23's can be real shooters as simple as they are, don't underestimate it.
$350 like Dan said would be a pretty fair deal, maybe a little less as the blue looks wore. That one would be pre 1932. After that date they went to a rounded forearm and a different mag that would not drop out if bumped from the back side.
Here is an ad my Gramma's brother filled out in a 1930's hunting mag I found in the attic.

Paid more for mine but it was almost minty. It is a C in 32-20 and a different mag system than yours but otherwise much the same. This was the first shooting session with it. First two high and right were sight in strikes, last four were for group. She's a keeper.
