Savage 24C .22 LR and 20 GA, original bag.
Both rifle and bag in excellent condition.

Am interested by the design/concept but apprehensive that it wont see a lot of use which will eventually motivate a sale... Hence if it turns out that the one available does not present much of a resale risk then it will follow me home otherwise stay where it is.

I'd like the idea of having one in 30/30 over 20ga, but the local blacksmith reports alot of repairs to these.

The last one I had (223/20ga) would open up when I fired 223 ammo from it. I sold it.

The 24C or Camper model is a very good model. If it is in good shape it will get between 400 and 500. I have bought and sold several 24's this year so I do know the current going price.

I have only seen one 24C and it was in poor shape and it went for 400.

If you are only carrying shot not slugs, this makes a great ATV or backpacking gun.
