I've done the usual checking of the site sponsors above, and have called the local shops I know, but I'm wondering if anyone in their travels has seen the Sightron S3 8-32 LRMOA for less than $890 + tax and shipping?

Thanks for postin up, I was thinking the same thing. Buying new, Jerry at Mystic is my guy. I always do my shopping but its impossible to beat his expertise on these optics.

Nope, no dream or scope hoarding here...just a bit of life getting in the way of me responding to PM's and posting on the forums. The S3 8-32 LRMOA for $890 + tax and shipping is at 4scopes.com.

Has anyone seen a better price? I have heard from time to time that Canadian retailers have been known to beat those prices, I just can't seem to find anyone who can.

Also, as I understand it all Sightrons need to go to the US for warranty work? There is no Canadian warranty centre? Can anyone confirm this?

Check with Peter Dobson at Hirsch Precision. He is a Sightron dealer here and should be able to enlighten you on the warranty situation.

I had to send a sightron 36x bdr back to the states for warranty. They were excellent to deal with.

I don't think they will ship to you.... Could be wrong, but I know opticsplanet won't.
Although they do show a Canadian shipping options (for 35 bucks extra? Something like that).
