What would a 1966 win model 88 .308, obviously used, but in excellent condition sell for? I've been looking but haven't seen one in the exchange section.

they always are in demand, and one in used but good condition in 243 or 308 should fetch $400, maybe more if chambered in 284 Win or 358

You forgot to mention if it is a rifle with 22" or carbine with 18 1/2" The average in Ontario for the 243, 308 rifle is $550, and the 284 $600 to $700.If you were lucky to find a 358 in very good shape $800 to $1000. The carbines all go for about $150 to $200 more. Winchester only made about 275,000 of the 88's from 1955 to 1973. these are getting quite collectible.:p
 
This is a 22" that has been well cared for, no slings but scoped. I have it purchased but can't legally take it until my PAL gets processed. I also have a model 99F on the hold and I was just wondering what the winchester would get, maybe enough for another 99? Just thinking about this. Thanks for the input.
