Consignment Remington 572 Fieldmaster Buckskin Tan
Excluded from all promotions and Discount Codes – Does NOT qualify for Free ShippingThe Remington 572 was introduced in 1954 as a successor to the Remington Model 121 as the having the look and feel of the Remington 870 shotgun.
A lightweight version known as the Remington Model 572 Fieldmaster was introduced in 1957.
In 1958 Remington offered three non-traditional, colored versions of the Remington Model 572. These models were produced using an anodized and colored aluminum receiver, trigger guard, buttplate, and jacket for a steel barrel liner. These rifles had a light “Sun Grain” walnut stock and the metal was either “Crow Wing Black”, “Buckskin Tan”, or “Teal Wing Blue”. All of these models were discontinued in or before 1962.
This Consignment example Remington 572 Fieldmaster is the Buckskin Tan version, manufactured between 1958 and 1962. Fairly rare and desirable.
