i have an old S&W model "highway patrolman" 6 shot .357 mag with a 6 inch barrel original wood grips with no dents or scratches and no scratches in the blueing. i am thinking of selling it and don't know what it would be worth. i got it through a death in the family and it was bought in 1977 so i don't even know what it cost back then.
