Price of second hand primers

If you watched the auctions on line a couple years ago you would have seen people paying $600 / 1000 for LRM primers, then add the 15% buyers fee, 5% gst and 3% CC fee and you are at over $725 before shipping, sort of makes $250 sound like a bargin. The fact is the people that didn't see that shortage coming again and lay some stock in got caught with their pants down and it cost them, and a shortage always makes the profiteer's come out in full force, sort of like the scalpers that get $2,000 or more for a ticket to a hockey game, it's what people are willing to pay.
 
I recently purchased a brick (1,000) Federal 210 Match from a retailer for $230, tax in. It is ridiculous the price of everything these days however, the prices will not decrease, might as well purachase ASAP.
 
It took years of self enrichment courses and yoga lessons to attain this level, but finally I have the ability to not be offended and want to beat anyone who overcharges for shooting supplies.

The mind control technique I used to attain this remarkable state of tranquility is to shut up and mind my own fcking business. :)

Try not to let stupid little things bother you.

There is nothing and nobody here so worrisome to be worthy of using the ignore function on them. That's like signaling to the world that your feelings were hurt so you're taking a time out for emotional healing.

After seeing stuff like the prices asked I stopped looking.2 times a year I visit friends down there in the land of the 'Muricas. I've since made it a policy, to bring back max components I can. While I do enjoy the sport, I'm slowly building up a nice stockpile, This allowed me to not to deal with the stupidity of the plandemic lockdown .

This video is years old, but it shows what I mean. I've since added and subtracted from this.

That’s good advice. I’ve been tempted to do that several times (I’m sure I’m on a few though!)
 
I illegally exported primers from the USA when none could be found. As result of the risk, time and poor exchange I was asking $25/100 but fully explained why. I figured getting caught with 2000 or 10000 was the same penalty. The profits covered my fuel for the trip.
 
Seen LRP at 15.00/100 no thank you - back in the day people pointed to the decrease of our dollar compared to the US dollar - now that our dollar has increased the prices have not gone down. I no longer have skin in the game of LRP reloading
