I would use some form of money, but that's just me.
Somewhere between 5000.00 and 10000.00 is all I would guess without far more information and pictures.

Pretty vague question....MX12 O/U? Skeet? Sporting Clays? Trap Combo? If combo top or unsingle? Wood grade? Engraved? Factory extras-adj comb? Adj rib? Spare trigger? Barrel lengths? Etc etc etc....but overall alot more than a Cooey!!

Be a little bit careful. The bluing on the barrel and the forend iron do not really match the frame. There is also considerable bluing loss on the forend iron, but not on the frame right next to it. This gun might have a newer frame and older barrel and forend. Make sure the numbers match.
That said, Perazzi shotguns are excellent. Evenif the numbers do not match, it might still be a really good gun. Take a look on some of the American websites and compare prices. Perazzi shotguns are typically quite expensive.
