Prices not that different from 20 years ago for 22’s

Just want to share something with you guys.

Long story short….. a friend just bought a new house and a group of us were helping him empty the attic. There was an old box and written on the box was “grandpa’s stuff, 1988” and in this box was a bunch of old hunting magazines and two boxes of Federal Hi-Power rim fire 22 cartridges model # 710. The price is still on the box and it reads $1.79 each box of 50 cartridges.

Anyway, my buddy had no use for them so I have them at home and next week I will bring them to the range and see if they still fire. They should, it was pretty dry up there.

Thought I would share the experience
Regards
Robert
